Commercial inspections are more reasonable than you think, there is usually a per building fee like $550, and additionally a square foot price on the type of building. Office space usually .10 cents PSF and warehouse space .06 cents PSF. Flat roof pricing may be included but under some circumstances, an additional fee may apply. That was the simple version of the story. Pending on the scope of work required we may have to bring in outside consultants like electricians, environmental consultant, specialized roofers, etc. that will cost more.
